Cross Border Talents is seeking a Recruiter to attract and interview candidates for a Lisbon-based role. You will work with multiple departments, manage onboarding, and build a strong talent network across markets.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2), with HR-related education and proven recruitment experience. The position offers relocation support, a competitive benefits package, and a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C2) with strong written and spoken communication.
• English fluency (B2 level).
• University degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar.
• Proven work experience in recruitment.
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profiles, assessments, interviews).
• Familiarity with ATS and resume databases.
• Experience with sourcing techniques.
• Good understanding of referral programs.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a community-building approach.

Position: Recruiter
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: up to 1450 Euros gross monthly + other benefits

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others
• Conduct interviews to assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information
• Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company
• Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter
• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases

REQUIREMENTS:

• fluent in Dutch (C2 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• English fluency (B2 level)
• University Degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar
• Proven work experience in the field
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Good understanding of referral programs
• A positive and 'can do' attitude overlooking a community-building approach
