David Kennedy Recruitment, in partnership with a multinational BPO, is seeking a Dutch-speaking Recruiter to source top talent for its client brands in Lisbon or Porto.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, conduct interviews, coordinate with managers, and onboard new hires, while building a strong candidate network.

The role offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00, relocation support, a competitive base salary with bonus, and health insurance.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent in Dutch (C1) with strong written and spoken English.
• University degree in HR or related field.
• Proven work experience in recruitment.
• Strong organization, communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Attract candidates via databases, social media, and job fairs.
• Conduct interviews to assess knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Coordinate with departments and Managers to validate information.
• Prepare and onboard new employees to become fully integrated into the company.
• Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process.
• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases.

Position: Recruiter

Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary & bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others
• Conduct interviews to assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information
• Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company
• Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter
• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Dutch (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• English fluency (B2 level)
• University Degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar
• Proven work experience in the field
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Good understanding of referral programs
• A positive and ‘can do attitude overlooking a community-building approach
