Bcrecruitment in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Dutch-speaking Recruiter to support a global customer-experience team. You will source, screen and interview multilingual candidates and manage candidates through the hiring process, while advising hiring managers and maintaining healthy pipelines.

This on-site role requires native Dutch (C1+) and strong English (B2+), with initial 3-month office work. Salary is €1,450 gross per month, plus meal allowance and private health insurance from day 1.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1+) and good English (B2+), spoken and written.
• Recruitment experience.
• Comfortable working in the office for the first 3 months.
