KultureTalent - Global Talent in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch Recruiter to join our expanding recruitment team. The role focuses on identifying and attracting skilled professionals across sectors, using databases, social media, online search, referrals, events and job boards.

You will manage the full recruitment journey, conduct assessments and interviews, and deliver strong client service in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment while developing your international career.

Qualificações

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Dutch language fluency is expected to support international recruitment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with urgency.
