KultureTalent - Global Talent in Portugal seeks a Dutch Recruiter to join our client team in Porto or Lisbon. You will source, attract and select Dutch-speaking candidates for international roles, building a strong pipeline and collaborating with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Dutch and English, with a passion to succeed in international recruitment, a winning mentality, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with urgency.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native Dutch required.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Source and attract Dutch-speaking candidates through various channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing support throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and labor market insights, particularly in the Dutch-speaking market.
• Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.
