Job summary

Intersoft Team SRL is seeking a Dutch Recruiter to support hiring in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, with relocation support and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will attract candidates, conduct interviews, validate information with departments, onboard new hires, and maintain recruitment analytics. Relocation assistance includes airfare reimbursement and accommodation support for those joining from outside Portugal.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Dutch (C1) with strong written and spoken communication.
• University degree, preferably in HR or similar.
• Proven work experience in recruitment.
• Familiar with ATS and resume databases.
• Relocation support is available.

Responsibilities

• Attract candidates using databases, social media, and job fairs.
• Conduct interviews to assess knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Collaborate with departments and managers to validate information.
• Prepare and onboard new employees to integrate into the company.

Job description

Position: Dutch Recruiter
Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time

Duties and responsibilities:

• Attract candidates by using databases, social media, and job fairs, among others
  
• Conduct interviews to assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Establish a relationship with different departments and Managers to validate the information
• Prepare and onboard the new employees to become fully integrated into the company
• Build a good relationship with candidates during the selection process by becoming a trusted recruiter
• Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Dutch (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  
• University Degree, preferably in Human Resources or similar
• Proven work experience in the field
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with recruitment process methods (hiring profile, assessments, interviews, and ongoing follow-up)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Good understanding of referral programs
• A positive and ‘can do attitude overlooking a community-building approach
• Relocation support is available
• Competitive wages (14 monthly payments per year)
