BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist for a Medical Devices project. You will provide professional support across phone, email, chat, and digital channels to customers worldwide, handling product information, orders, deliveries, accounts, and services.

You will help understand customer needs, deliver accurate solutions, and maintain high service standards while complying with regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (C1) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Minimum 1 year in customer support.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with product information, orders, deliveries, accounts, and services.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
