Job summary

CB Talents is seeking a customer service specialist to support Dutch and English-speaking customers from Lisbon. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, and document cases to ensure quick resolutions, accuracy, and a positive brand experience.

You’ll work with CRM tools, demonstrate empathy, and aim for first-contact resolution while maintaining high satisfaction. The role offers paid training, a clear path for growth, supportive team coaching, and a stable contract.

Qualifications

• Fluent/Native Dutch and English, written and spoken.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital tools.
