CB Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English. The role starts on-site with a plan to move to a hybrid setup after three months.

You will handle inquiries from international clients, maintain a positive customer experience, and work regular day shifts 08:00–18:00, in a collaborative team.

Base Salary: €1,400.00 gross/month + Bonuses (Up to €1,650.00 total)

What We Offer

The Role & Schedule

• Role: Deliver exceptional customer support in both English and Dutch, resolving inquiries with professionalism and ease.
• Working Hours: Regular day shifts between 08:00 – 18:00 (No late-night shifts!).
• Work Model: Initial 3-month on-site period, followed by a flexible hybrid setup.

• Language Skills: Full fluency in both Dutch and English (written & spoken).
• Location: Must already be based locally in Lisbon, Portugal (Note: Relocation support is not provided for this role).
