Career Nest Academy in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch & English Customer Support Agent. The position is on-site for the first 3 months, transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter, with daytime hours and weekends off initially.

Fluent Dutch and English are required; local Lisbon residence with valid working documentation is preferred. You will provide empathetic customer support and maintain accurate CRM records.

Lisbon, Portugal (Local candidates residing in Lisbon only;
no relocation package is provided)

Work Type:

On-site for the initial 3 months, transitioning to a Hybrid model thereafter

Schedule & Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, standard daytime hours (scheduled between 07:00 – 16:00 / 08:00 – 18:00;
weekends off)

Base Gross Salary:

€1,400.00 gross per month
