BlueView Talent is hiring a Customer Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional support across orders, accounts, products, and services.

You will handle phone, email, chat, and digital channels, ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to resolution. Relocation support is offered and onsite work is required, with a competitive compensation package.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• Eligible for EU citizenship or Portuguese residency
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented and proactive mindset in Travel field

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat and digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, payments, products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Identify recurring concerns and provide process improvements.
