Job summary

Real Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Dutch (C2) and English (B2) speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a dynamic fintech support team. The role is remote within Portugal with one month on-site training in Lisbon, supporting a global online payments platform.

Responsibilities include handling calls, negotiating payments, assisting with funding and transactions, and updating systems. Requires 1–2 years customer service experience and strong multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience (call center/retail/hospitality preferred).
• Dutch language at minimum C2 level and English at least B2.
• Remote work within Portugal and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound & outbound calls (customer support + collections).
• Negotiating payments and securing promise-to-pay commitments.
• Assisting with account funding and transactions.
• Resolving account and collections inquiries.
• Supporting vulnerable customers and insolvency cases.
• Updating internal systems and arranging call-backs when needed.
