Job summary

CB Talents SP seeks a Customer Support & Collections Specialist who is fluent in Dutch and English to support international customers from a 100% remote setup based in Portugal. You will handle inquiries, guide payment solutions, and support vulnerable customers while maintaining detailed account records.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service or fintech, strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, and comfort with MS Office and multi-queue systems. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English with business proficiency.
• 1–2 years in customer service or fintech is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, active listening and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care across voice and written channels for a leading online payments platform.
• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries and negotiate payment plans.
• Assist vulnerable customers and route accounts to specialized teams as needed.
• Maintain detailed account notes and manage multi-queue contact systems.
