CB Talents SP seeks a Customer Support & Collections Specialist who is fluent in Dutch and English to support international customers from a 100% remote setup based in Portugal. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support & Collections Specialist, you will assist users of a leading online payment platform across voice and written channels:

• Customer Care & Inquiries: Assist customers with account funding, transaction history, product details, and protection policies.
  
• Payment Solutions: Handle inbound/outbound inquiries, negotiate payment plans, resolve collection-related questions, and secure promises to pay.
  
• Specialized Assistance: Guide vulnerable customers, offer insolvency support, and route accounts to specialized teams when needed.
  
• System Operations: Maintain detailed account notes, schedule call-backs, and manage multi-queue contact systems efficiently.
  

Candidate Profile

• Languages: Native or fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) with strong business English (B2+).
  
• Location: Residing in Portugal (preferred) or willing to relocate to Portugal with company support.
  
• Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, retail, hospitality, fintech, or call center environments (preferred).
  
• Skills: Strong negotiation, active listening, priority management, and independent problem-solving abilities.
  
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office, comfortably navigating PC-based internet applications and multi-queue communication systems.
