CBT, one of Europe’s largest e-commerce platforms, is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Support Specialist to join its Lisbon-based team and deliver top-tier customer experiences via phone and email.

This 40-hour/week role is remote within continental Portugal, with relocation support and fully furnished accommodation, plus a comprehensive training program conducted in English.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (written and spoken) and English proficiency required.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
• Proactive, empathetic approach to customer interactions.
• Familiarity with basic computer tools and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone and email.
• Listen to customers' questions and concerns and deliver tailored solutions.
• Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
• Act as the point of contact for external sellers, ensuring seamless operations.
• Offer guidance on digital products and e-services.
• Escalate and route unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
