Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• Analytical, creative, and strong communication skills.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn in CS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, online orders, order modifications, cancellations, and account-related requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, prices, promotions, payment methods, delivery options, and return policies.
• Support customers with order tracking, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, practical, and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive cases to appropriate teams according to procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, productivity, service quality, and resolution rates.
• Stay up to date with products, platform features, promotions, and policies through ongoing training.
