BlueView Talent is hiring a Customer Specialist for an E-Commerce project in Lisbon. You will be the main contact for online shoppers, handling inquiries about products, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account requests.

The role demands proactive, detail-oriented service and a focus on swift, accurate resolutions. You will communicate via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, meeting KPIs for customer satisfaction and response times.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch at C1/C2 level and English at B2 level.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account-related requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, prices, promotions, payment methods, delivery options, and return policies.
• Support customers with order tracking, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Document interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or urgent cases to appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with logistics, payments, and order management teams to resolve issues.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates.
