Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the main contact for online shoppers, handling questions across products, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account requests. You will deliver fast, accurate, and professional support across channels while collaborating with logistics and payments teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

The role requires fluency in Dutch and English, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, proactive, and eager to learn in the CS field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account requests.
• Offer precise information on products, prices, promotions, and policies.
• Document interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams per procedures.
• Collaborate with logistics, payments, and order management to resolve issues.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction and response times.
• Stay current with products and policies through ongoing training.
