BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist for an e-commerce project in Lisbon. You will assist online shoppers with products, orders, payments, deliveries, returns and account requests across channels, ensuring fast, accurate and professional support.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Dutch and English, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, with strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset for growth in CS.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and account requests.
• Explain products, prices, promotions, delivery and return policies clearly.
• Track orders, resolve delivery issues, process refunds and exchanges.
• Document interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams per procedures.
• Collaborate with logistics, payments and order management teams.
• Meet KPIs for customer satisfaction, response times and quality.
• Stay updated on products, features, and policies through training.
