Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Specialist to support online shoppers throughout their purchasing journey, handling product questions, orders, payments, deliveries, and returns. You will work across channels to provide fast, accurate service, document interactions, and collaborate with logistics and payments teams to resolve issues.

Qualificações

• Language proficiency: Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Mindset: professional, proactive and eager to learn in CS.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, modifications, cancellations, and account requests.
• Provide accurate information on products, prices, promotions, payments, delivery and returns.
• Support order tracking, delivery issues, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Identify needs and provide clear, practical solutions.
• Handle concerns professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions, requests, actions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases per company procedures.
• Collaborate with logistics, payments and order management teams for timely resolution.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, productivity, service quality, and resolution rates.
• Stay updated with products, platform features, promotions, and policies through training.
