Cross Border Talents seeks a Customer Specialist to join our e‑commerce project onsite in Portugal. You will guide online shoppers through their purchasing journey, answering questions about products, orders, payments, deliveries, and returns with fast, accurate support.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via multiple channels, documenting interactions, and collaborating with logistics and payments teams to resolve issues while achieving customer satisfaction KPIs.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account-related requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, prices, promotions, payment methods, delivery options, and return policies.
• Support customers with order tracking, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Document customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases per company procedures.
• Collaborate with logistics, payments, and order management teams to resolve issues.
• Meet KPIs related to satisfaction, response times, productivity, and quality.
