Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist for an E-Commerce project in Lisbon. You will be the main contact for online shoppers, assisting with products, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account-related requests.

The role emphasizes fast, accurate, and friendly support across channels. Ideal candidates are fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch at C1/C2 level and English at B2 level.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and account-related requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, prices, promotions, payment methods, delivery options, and return policies.
• Support customers with order tracking, delivery issues, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, practical, and effective solutions.
• Escalate complex or urgent cases according to company procedures.
