Cross Border Talents in Lisbon seeks a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an international team. The role offers a flexible working model with remote, on-site and hybrid arrangements, and includes relocation support for candidates moving to Portugal.

You will handle inquiries by phone and email, assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns, and coordinate with external sellers while maintaining CRM records and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Dutch language proficiency at native or fluent level (C1/C2).
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
• Eligibility to work in Portugal.
• Experience in customer service, e-commerce or marketplace environments is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with clear, accurate resolutions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to orders, deliveries, payments and returns.
• Act as a point of contact for external sellers with professional communication.
• Provide information about digital products to customers.
• Escalate complex matters to relevant internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM and support systems.
