This role offers 40 hours per week with remote work within continental Portugal, including relocation support and a comprehensive training program conducted in English.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-first mindset.
• Clear, empathetic communicator with good computer skills.
• Willing to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly and professional customer support via phone and email.
• Listen to customers' questions and concerns and deliver tailored solutions.
• Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
• Act as the point of contact for external sellers, ensuring seamless operations.
• Offer guidance on digital products and e-services.
• Escalate and route unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
