Speak It in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer delight specialist to join its international team. If you are eager to start a career in customer support abroad, this is a great opportunity to represent a well-known company in sunny Portugal.

You will help SMBs across phone, email and chat, support self-serve advertising, and provide product feedback to engineering. The role offers relocation accommodation, a signing bonus, and opportunities to grow in a multinational environment.

Competenze

• Native level of Dutch.
• Fluent English (B2).
• Previous experience in customer support would be a plus.
• Passion for customer support, competitive and a risk-taker.
• High school diploma or completed vocational training.
• European citizenship or work permit for Portugal.

Mansioni

• Providing support to SMBs across multiple channels – phone, email and chat.
• Supporting and expanding the self-serve advertising base for clients.
• Providing pre- and post-sales support for self-service products.
• Providing product and tool support to improve customers’ experience.
• Identifying trends and solving problems for multiple SMB clients.
• Providing vital product insights and feedback to the engineering department.
