• Providing support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels - phone, email and chat;

• Providing pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products;
• Providing product and tool support to improve customers\' experience;

Requirements

• Native level of Dutch
• Fluent level of English (B2)
• Previous experience in customer support would be considered a plus.
• Passion for customer support, competitive and a risk-taker
• At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training
• European citizenship or work permit for Portugal
