FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team. You will assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat, delivering friendly, practical help and solving day-to-day questions.

We offer a full relocation package with flight tickets and housing options, including accommodation, plus onboarding training and bonus pay. This on-site role in Portugal also allows remote work within the country.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good level of English.
• Based in Portugal or ready to move soon.
• You enjoy talking to people and helping them out.

Responsabilidades

• Be the main contact for Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email or chat.
• Provide accurate, friendly support to solve day-to-day questions.
• Collaborate with an international team to ensure customer satisfaction.
