Coffee Brand in Lisbon is looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Specialist to support customers across channels, helping with orders, deliveries, payments, and services. You will be the first point of contact, delivering accurate information and practical solutions while upholding the brand experience.

The role offers onsite work in Cascais/Lisbon area with language bonuses, performance incentives, meal allowance, and health and life insurance, plus ongoing training to grow in customer service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Mindset: professional, detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn in CS.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries about coffee products, orders, deliveries, payments, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and effective solutions.
• Guide customers through ordering processes and product information.
• Handle complaints professionally and work toward resolution.
• Record interactions and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Refer complex cases to appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Stay informed about coffee products, brand offerings, and procedures.
