Recruityard is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join an international automotive project in Lisbon. You will handle Dutch-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering top-tier support and customer care.

The role requires native-like Dutch, advanced English, and strong communication skills; on-site work in Sete Rios, Lisbon, with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Dutch language at C2 level (native or near-native) – mandatory
• English at advanced level – mandatory
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Your Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Dutch: C2 level (native or near-native proficiency) – Mandatory.
• English: Advanced level – Mandatory.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Comfortable using computers, digital tools and customer support systems.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Care, Contact Centres, Klantenservice, Klantendienst or Helpdesk is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Sete Rios, Lisbon.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package:

• Performance bonus: Up to €100/month.
• Meal allowance: €7 per working day.

Total potential monthly gross compensation: Up to €1,650, excluding meal allowance.
