Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer service professional. You will provide support via phone, chat, and email, assisting customers with inquiries and troubleshooting while representing an international brand with professionalism.

The role offers fixed office hours, a hybrid model after training, relocation support for international candidates, and a language bonus for Dutch proficiency. Training provided with on-site start in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Dutch is required.
• Good English communication (B2 or higher).
