Job summary

Recruityard is hiring Dutch-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join an international automotive project in Lisbon. You will handle Dutch-speaking customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering top-tier support and customer care.

The role requires native-like Dutch, advanced English, and strong communication skills; on-site work in Sete Rios, Lisbon, with paid training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Dutch language at C2 level (native or near-native) – mandatory
• English at advanced level – mandatory
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Multicultural, customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable with computers and customer support systems
• Experience in customer service/Call Centres is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and live chat.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests and general assistance related to automotive products and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Deliver excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience at every interaction.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, personalized solutions.
• Collaborate with an international team to maintain high service quality standards
