Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to be the first point of contact for the Dutch-speaking market. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, delivering a high-quality customer experience and resolving issues with professionalism.

Based in Lisbon or the surrounding area with hybrid working after an initial onboarding period, you will join a friendly, multicultural team and receive full training to excel in your role.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Based in Lisbon or surrounding area for hybrid work.
• Customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
