Job summary

BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist to be a key contact for customers, assisting with inquiries related to coffee products, orders, deliveries, and payments. You will provide support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels to ensure a smooth customer journey and accurate information.

The role requires fluent Dutch and English, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2 level).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, eager to learn and grow in CS.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support through phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries about coffee products, orders, deliveries, payments, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Guide customers through ordering processes, product information, and services.
• Handle customer concerns and product-related issues professionally and with a solution-oriented approach.
• Record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Refer complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, productivity, and response times.
• Stay informed about coffee products and company policies through ongoing training.
