Cross Border Talents in Portugal is seeking a Customer Specialist to serve as a primary contact for customers, handling orders, accounts, products, services, and general inquiries via phone, email, chat, and various digital platforms.

You will identify customer needs, provide accurate information, resolve questions, and document interactions while collaborating with internal teams to ensure swift resolutions. A focus on proactive service and ongoing product knowledge in travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2 level).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly customer support through phone, email, chat, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with questions regarding orders, deliveries, payments, accounts, products, and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and relevant information.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Guide customers through relevant processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to support continuous process and service improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures through regular training.
