Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch Customer Success Specialist to join a fully remote team in Portugal. You will support clients via phone, chat, email and social media, handling account, technical and financial questions while acting as a trusted advisor in the sports sector.

Qualifications include fluency in Dutch (C2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and 0–1 year in customer support. A growth mindset and strong communication skills are required.

• Foster strong customer relationships through clear, open communication.
• Uphold high standards of service in line with company policies.
