Job summary

Global Crest Solution in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent for an on-site role within an international digital services project. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, technical issues, orders, deliveries, and product questions to ensure a positive experience.
