Job summary

Global Crest Solution seeks a Dutch Customer Support Agent to join an international digital services project in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact, assisting customers with inquiries, technical issues, orders, deliveries, and product questions to ensure a positive experience.

On-site in Lisbon, you will handle inquiries in Dutch and English, maintain CRM records in English, and guide customers through purchasing journeys while delivering excellent service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch language is required.
• English level at least B2.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and service focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls and messages.
