Job summary

Global Crest Solution in Lisbon is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent for an on-site role within an international digital services project. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, technical issues, orders, deliveries, and product questions to ensure a positive experience.

Fluency in Dutch and a B2 English level are required, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to sales, after-sales, and product enquiries.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system in English.
• Recommend suitable products and support customers throughout their purchasing journey.
