Job summary

Cbtalents is seeking a Dutch Customer Support Agent for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through the purchasing journey in English and Dutch.

You will maintain CRM records in English, assist with orders and deliveries, and contribute to a positive customer experience within an international digital services project.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch language skills (Dutch level: fluent).
• English level at least B2.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries via calls and messages, including sales, after-sales, and product questions.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and guide customers toward effective solutions.
• Assist with orders, deliveries, warranty claims, refunds and replacements.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system in English.
• Recommend suitable products and support customers throughout their purchasing journey.
