Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a multilingual Customer Service Agent to join our Lisbon team. You will respond to Dutch and English inquiries, provide information, and guide customers toward solutions in a friendly, professional manner.

The role begins on-site for the first three months with the possibility to move to a hybrid model thereafter. A performance-based bonus and a language proficiency bonus are offered to recognize excellence.

• Excellent command of Dutch

• Current residence in Lisbon, Portugal
• Availability to work on-site during the initial period
