Responsibilities

• Provide effective technical troubleshooting using diagnostic tools, guiding customers through solutions or escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Assist with order and delivery issues, warranties, refunds, and replacements, ensuring accurate information and timely resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in English within the CRM system.
• Offer product recommendations and support purchase decisions, contributing to a positive sales experience.
