FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Care & Recall Agent to support Dutch-speaking vehicle owners with recall cases and safety communications, while working fixed daytime hours Mon–Fri. The role emphasizes empathetic assistance and precise case handling on-site with a strong focus on safety.

You will coordinate with local dealerships, manage multilingual owner inquiries, and maintain up-to-date logs. A Portuguese local resident with Dutch and English proficiency is essential.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fluent or native proficiency in Dutch + Strong working command of English.
• Must be a local resident of Greater Lisbon, Portugal.
• Prior experience in customer care, recall support, or complex case handling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and calm, reassuring phone presence.
• Availability for fixed daytime schedule (Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00).
