Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Care & Recall Agent to join our client in Lisbon, on-site. You will provide dedicated support to customers in Dutch and English, handling recall inquiries and case management with accuracy and empathy.

Working hours are 08:00 to 17:00 local time, with fixed shifts. A performance bonus of 100€ and a language bonus of 150€ are offered to recognize productive, bilingual service.
