Job summary

Workster is recruiting Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Care Specialists for an automotive after-sales project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support customers across European markets with general enquiries, vehicle recall campaigns and after-sales cases, handling each request from first contact to resolution.

The role operates Monday to Saturday, 07:00–22:00, with weekends free, offering training and ongoing support in an international, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Dutch/Flemish proficiency.
• English at least B2/C1.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Good computer literacy.

You’ll support customers across European markets with general enquiries, vehicle recall campaigns and after-sales cases, managing each request from first contact through to resolution. The position operates Monday to Saturday, 07:00–22:00, giving you your weekends free.
