CloserHire, in partnership with a leading international customer experience provider, is recruiting Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Care Specialists for an automotive after-sales project in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support customers across European markets with general enquiries, vehicle recalls and after-sales cases, managing each request from first contact through to resolution.

The role is Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, weekends off, with professional training and an international,

Qualifications

• Native or C2 Dutch or Flemish language proficiency.
• English B2 or higher.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Good computer literacy.
• Experience in customer service or contact centre is a plus.

You’ll support customers across European markets with general enquiries, vehicle recall campaigns and after-sales cases, managing each request from first contact through to resolution. The position operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, giving you your weekends free.

Your Role:

• Handle customer enquiries and provide clear, professional assistance
• Manage customer cases from initial contact through to resolution
• Provide information and guidance regarding vehicle recalls and after-sales services
• Accurately update customer and case information in internal systems
• Ensure every interaction delivers a positive customer experience
• Meet established service and quality standards

Requirements:

• Native/C2 Dutch or Flemish
• English B2/C1 or above
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
• Good computer literacy
• Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is an advantage
