Job summary

Workster is partnering with a leading international customer experience provider to recruit Dutch/Flemish-speaking Customer Care Specialists for an automotive after-sales project in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will support customers across European markets with general enquiries, vehicle recall campaigns and after-sales cases, managing each request from first contact through to resolution, while working Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Level C2 Dutch or Flemish.
• English B2/C1 or above.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
• Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide clear, professional assistance.
• Manage customer cases from initial contact through to resolution.
