Speakit in Lisbon is looking for a multilingual Customer Support Specialist to help clients maximize their experience with our products and services. Provide technical and functional support by phone, email and chat. You will identify issues, propose improvements, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance the customer journey.

Native Dutch and fluent English (B2) are required. We offer a hybrid work model in a multicultural environment (75+ nationalities) with a relocation

Qualificações

• Native Dutch and fluent English (B2)
• Ability to understand and solve technical issues
• Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a plus
• Strong communication skills and professional attitude
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
