Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch & English Customer Support Agent to provide professional, on-site support in Lisbon. You will handle inquiries, identify issues, and deliver effective solutions with a friendly, customer-focused approach.

This international role offers language bonuses, a clear growth path, and the possibility of moving to a hybrid model after the first three months, with a daily schedule from 08:00 to 18:00.

Qualificações

• Fluency in both Dutch and English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• A professional, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Must currently reside in Lisbon, Portugal.
