Join the dynamic Siemens Digital Core team and play a vital role in the energy transition! Imagine engaging in diverse workdays where you might kick off with a project meeting alongside cross-functional teams, discussing schedules, risks, and budgets. In the afternoon, you could lead a session with Cybersecurity and HR professionals, focusing on leadership presentations and effective communication. You'll enjoy the flexibility to organize your working hours and work both on-site and remotely, making every day unique and impactful.

How You'll Make an Impact

Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on global projects related to IT Service subjects, including Digital Workplace, IAM, and M365 services.

Partner with IT Leadership, project managers, and cross-functional teams to plan and develop project scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.

Coordinate and delegate initiatives across multiple projects to ensure seamless execution.

Work directly with the Digital Workplace & Endpoint teams on key services and projects, driving innovation and efficiency.

Engage with IAM Operations teams to foster continuous improvement in support processes and manage complex issues that may arise in the global MS Tenant environment.

What You Bring

A Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field in Business Administration.

A proven track record in Enterprise Security processes and best practices.

Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

ITIL Certification is preferred but not mandatory.

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
