Job summary

Siemens Energy Unipessoal Lda. is seeking a skilled professional for Digital Workplace - Lifecycle Documentation & Governance in Lisbon/Porto. This role supports IT services, ensures lifecycle outputs, and drives improvements across global projects.

You will document requirements, design workflows, and collaborate with Cybersecurity, HR, and IT teams. A strong IT background and writing experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Enterprise Security processes and best practices.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• ITIL Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in technical writing to support documentation needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on global IT Service projects related to Digital Workplace, IAM, and M365 services.
• Document requirements, design workflows, and manage lifecycle outputs for global IT initiatives.
• Coordinate and delegate initiatives across multiple projects to ensure seamless execution.
• Work closely with Digital Workplace & Endpoint teams on key services and projects, driving impactful results.
• Engage with IAM Operations teams to improve support processes and address complex issues in the global MS Tenant environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams on global projects related to IT Service subjects, including Digital Workplace, IAM, and M365 services.

What You Bring

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field in Business Administration.
• A proven track record in Enterprise Security processes and best practices.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• ITIL Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in technical writing to support documentation needs.
